Agree, Danny. I felt so bad that at the chess club that evening, I told my opponent that Nakamura's loss was affecting my own play.
Still heartbreaking to know Nakamura lost this game

Really great coverage guys
Thank you, @FMMikeKlein! On top of things, as usual.

I would suggest doing a little more editing of this video to reach the conclusion of the Nakamura v. Carlsen game.
Nakamura blundered with a winning position. The blunder happened AFTER this highlight excerpt was cut off. Meanwhile chess.com makes available on this very site a half-hour commentary on the entire game, made after the game was over so it's short, sweet, and still covers all there is to be covered.
I love Danny Rensch and GM Ipatov has some wonderful comments, but they can't save this from being an incomplete discussion, not to mention from their (at the time correct) assumption that Nakamura was going to win. This is one of the great jinx games, and we don't hear a word about that part because in this cut, the jinx hasn't happened yet.
Thank you for posting the highlights to these matches. Much better than posting the two, three, and four hour livestreams as before.

In what is surely the most exciting of any Nakamura-Carlsen encounter, this one had more twists than an M. Night Shyamalan movie. It seemed for a while that the American could win on the f- g- or h-file, despite getting creamed on the b-file. The tactics are mind-boggling, but luckily IM Danny Rensch and former World Junior Champion GM Alexander Ipatov are working overtime! Did Nakamura find his way and defeat Carlsen for the first time ever in Classical chess?
