Mr. Kaidanov, You didnt cover white's Bg4 move.
Thanks for the video!
Funny thing, I knew I recognized this position, but have never played it for white...then I realized I play the black side of this opening transposed from the 2.c3 Sicilian (1.e4,c5 2.c3,g6 3.d4,cxd 4.cxd,d5 5.exd,Nf6 6.Nc3).
that was a really cool video.
great video. my new favorite video author. thanks!
u are the best master
How do you download these videos? Or is it allowed?
Dr Danny,no worries,lots of us love you,please carry on,ty
thank you, one of the reasons i love videos from you is your easy to understand english, unlike videos for example from ACEChess, which are spoken too fast to catch, what is actually happening on the board (or understand completely) for players with other mother tongue than english.
door GM Gregory Kaidanov
In part 2 Grandmaster Kaidanov gives his recommendations for facing black's 2nd and 3rd most popular moves against the Panov-Botvinnik Attack. He discusses 5...g6 and 5...Nc6, suggesting the slightly "less traveled roads" for white in both cases, but stressing that more space and active development make those positions very easy to play, and put tactical pressure on black at an early stage of the game.
